Orders

  • Do the prices listed on the website include tax?

Prices on the Kingham Canada website are not inclusive of tax. The tax amount will be calculated in the checkout before finalizing payment and will be displayed on the invoice, attached to your shipment email.

  • How many items can I order?

We invite you to purchase a maximum of 10 units per product. Click on 'Contact Us' below to speak to a Consultant for larger orders.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us below if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

  • Is any fragrance sprayed on my order?

Mindful of sensitive noses and lunges, we avoid spraying gifts with fragrances. 

  • I'm missing an item from my online order?

We sincerely regret to learn that the package you have received is not as you ordered and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We kindly ask you to contact our staff and provide the information below to help speed the resolution:

  1. Order number (this can be found in your order confirmation)
  2. The name of the missing product
  3.  Photographs (simply for confirmation so we can feed this back to our fulfilment team)

Our staff will then conduct an investigation and look to resolve this, quickly.

  • Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Toronto or Kingham, Gloucesterhire

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is not required when your parcel is delivered. Kingham may, however, request a signature for orders with a high value.

If you would like to personally request a signature is obtained, please leave a note by selecting “I have special instructions for delivery” after you have chosen your delivery option within the checkout.

  • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

We are pleased to accept P.O. Box addresses for all deliveries within Canada.

In such cases, your order will be delivered with Canada Post instead of FedEx.

  • What are your delivery options and shipping costs?

Orders are shipped from Toronto. Delivery options include standard and express, which you can choose from during your checkout before purchase. Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Kingham.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Kingham will provide you with a replacement or a full refund*. Please contact us below with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.

*Please note that this applies only to orders placed on kinghamgrooming.com. For purchases made through third-party retailers, we advise you to contact the place of purchase for assistance.

  • How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page. You can also track the status of your order at track.kinghamgrooming.com.*
*Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.

For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

Shipping

What will my package look like?

Your order will be delivered in an eco-friendly recyclable box developed with your sustainable values in mind. Outside branding is minimal for your privacy and to foil theft by saving the branding experience for you inside the box.
