Kingham Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed to the nominated value online at kinghamgrooming.com. It cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient.

You can check the balance of your Digital Gift Card here. Enter the gift card number, followed by the PIN.*

*If you have a physical card, your 4-digit PIN is located on the back of your gift card next to the barcode. If you received your gift card via email, it is listed beneath your voucher number in the email.

Although we allow prepaid Gift Cards backed by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, please be advised of the following restrictions:

• Our systems do not allow the usage of more than one credit card on a purchase. You cannot combine a prepaid Gift Card with a credit card. However, they can be combined with Kingham Gift Cards.

• Our systems require a security code. If your card does not have a security code that matches the online verification by the issuing bank, your payment will not process. The code on the back of the card is not guaranteed to be the online security code.
  

• All online purchases require a proper billing address. Many issuing companies of these prepaid cards have websites where you will need to associate your name and address with the card. This will be the billing address for your purchase.
  

• Even if you associate a name and address with the card, sometimes the prepaid card will still not process. This can be for many reasons including remaining balance and fees from the card maker associated with usage.
  

• While checking out, our payment system may put an authorization on your prepaid card. If the charge fails, this is temporary, but the funds are held until the authorization expires. A successful charge is not refundable due to system limitations.
  
  

• All orders with prepaid cards are FINAL SALE.

If a Gift Card was used as part of your payment, the Gift Card portion will not be refunded. All purchases with a Gift Card are final sale.
